History: Raised in a family of four , a younger sister and both parents . Born to Kyo Amaya a Martial arts instructor and Karei Sorano a temple priestess in the outskirts of Tokyo Japan . Her parents married out of an arrange marriage that turned out for the good since both children had been raised together by the Amaya and Sorano families they were friends as children and grew to love each other and agreed to their parents arrangements for they were happy to be engaged . Chiharu was the first born and was taught in the ways of a shrine maiden she helped her mother run the temple while her father began to hold Martial arts classes after moving to the shrine which the Sorano family had left to the newly weds as a wedding gift . Chiharu also took part in her fathers teachings and was far advanced both spiritually and physically . Her grandmother on her mother’s side taught her the art of fire reading to which Chiharu caught on quickly which lead her to understand her awaking powers of telepathy and foresight . A second daughter was born to the Amaya family two years after Chiharu and she was named Chizue , it was discovered that the sisters were both born with telepathic abilities of which neither knew at a young age . Chiharu however had also the gift of foresight while Chizue had developed a telekinetic ability . At age 9 about the same time Chiharu’s grandmother started her teachings of fire reading Chiharu’s gift was discovered . Gift inherited from the Sorano family and was kept secret . Chiharu would develop her abilities slowly under her grandmothers teachings and supervision , shortly after Chizue followed when on accident she discovered she had the ability as well . Chizue was more afraid of her ability so it took her more time to join her eldest sister in practicing to control her abilities . Her admiration for her older sister was what drove her to learn more and understand her powers better . Both sisters were raised equally and loved by both sides of the families .
Since a very young age Chiharu had always been a very outspoken child , she always spoke her mind and displayed her emotions clearly with out hiding them . Her parents encouraged it and were always supportive of such . It was at the age of nine that her grandmother discovered that Chiharu’s abilities of Telepathy and Foresight . A few nights before her 9th birthday she awoke with a feeling of foreboding and she kept having visions of her grandfather being gravely ill . She didn’t understand why she kept seeing the visions and begged her mother to contact the Sorano’s at their
home . Seeing her daughter so distraught , Karei called her mother and found out that her father , Chiharu’s Grandfather was indeed ill . A few days later her grandfather passed away . Chiharu blamed herself and her visions for her grandfathers death and became ill herself , her grandmother came to live with the Amaya’s shortly after and explained Chiharu’s gift which Chiharu believed a curse . Stubbornness kept Chiharu from believing that her gift of Foresight did not make the things she saw happen they only told her what was coming . Her grandmother began to teach her this with the lessons in fire readings . As time went on Chiharu began to understand and accept her abilities .
