			My treatment history Kim OC,  WA State Leiomyosarcoma Unknown primary Dx July 2003 thoracotomy in US, two 3cm lung tumors, stage IV Aug.2003 total hysterectomy (not the primary)      Six cycles adjuvant high dose AIM, NED next 17mo. February 2005 radical nephrectomy for kidney met (3.5 cm) March 2005 12 new bilateral lung mets (3-5mm) April 2005 began Gem/Tax 900mg/90min+ 75mg/60 min May 2005 new scan 35 bilat.mets, called Dr. Rolle- Germany June 2005 lung mets now 102 rt.lung, 35 lt.lung (many 1cm)      stopped Gem/Tax after 3 cycles plus a Gem. July 20, 2005 thoracotomy in Germany, laser resection 144 Rt.lung,      had to leave 20 mets behind due to extensive number removed. Sept. 7, 2005 same surgery Lt lung with 125 mets (many 1.5cm)      informed few mets remain due to complication of lung edema. Oct. 1, 2005 started Bill Peeples Cocktail supplements only. MD says      no to Rx Oct. 28, 2005 residual mets growing, no new ones Nov. 15th  stopped BPC in preparation for Sorafenib trial Nov.25, 2005 began Sorafenib trial at MSKCC 400mg 2x day. Jan.13, 2006 CT -wk 7 shrinkage of majority and no new mets! Feb. 28, 2006 CT- wk 14 stable disease and no new mets! May 1, 2006  CT- 6 months. Stable disease. Next scan June 26th
