Adaptation
	Nicolas Cage stars as Charlie Kaufman, a struggling screenwriter who just can seem to adapt a non-fiction book called "The Orchid Thief" into a novel. He is completely past his deadline to finish it and is being overshadowed by his twin brother Donald who is also a screenwriter and has just written a new screenplay. Meanwhile, the film also shows us how the book "The Orchid Thief" came about. We are shown the journies of Orchid grower John Laroche(Chris Cooper (I)) and the author of the book Suzan Orlean(Meryl Streep). As the film moves on and Kaufman becomes more troubled, he decides to explore the roots of the book and what he finds is not at all what he expects. Adaption is a interesting look at the struggles of a screenwriter and is done well. Meryl Streep gives a excellent performance.
