Will Ferrell stars as Ron Burgundy, a pompous newscaster in the 1970's whose world is turned upside down when the unthinkable happens. He is given a female co-anchor(Christina Applegate). The movie also stars Fred Willard, Paul Rudd, Steven Carell, David Koechner, and Chris Parnell. This film only works for one reason and that is Will Ferrell. He once again takes a cheezy comedy and turns it into something worth while watching. I did also enjoy the many cameos in this film. You may be suprised as to who shows up in the film. |
