This film is for the most part a musical starring Johnny Depp as Sweeney Todd, a barber who returns to London in hopes of gaining revenge on a Judge(Alan Rickman), who years back tore apart his family. This film also stars Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, and Laura Michelle Kelly. Depp is very good in this film and so is Carter. There performances are worth a Oscar nomination. The music in the film is good as well. I also like the mysterious look to it. The big problem was that the film ended to quickly and we didn't find out what happened to all the characters. Other then that the film was good. |
