This new film stars Christain Bale as Bruce Wayne and of course Batman. The film focuses on of the past of Batman. We find what happened to his parents, where he learns to fight, and how Bruce becomes Batman. There is also a storyline that as you can probably guess simply involves Batman saving Gotham City from complete destruction. I'd go in more detail, but it's not that necessary. Michael Cain, Liem Neeson, Gary Oldman, and Katie Holmes also star. This is the best Batman movie ever made so far. The first four Batman films were presented more on a comic book surface. This film is how those should have been made. It's more on a darker scale and the Batman character itself is more frighting. The fight and action scenes are done well and have a solid soundtrack to go with it. The performances are excellent. I look forward to hopefully seeing a sequel to this new Batman series. |
