Bewitched
	Hollywood is obsessed this year with remakes and spinoffs. This new film is a spinoff of a classic television show Bewitched. For those who don't know that show was about a witch trying to live a normal life. The movie on the other hand is basically the same thing. It stars Nicole Kidman as Isabelle Bigelow. A good-natured witch who simply wants to live a normal life. That is until she meets Jack Wyett(Will Ferrell). Wyett is a slumping actor who catches a break by taking the role of Darrin in a updated television series of Bewitched. Jack has searched long and hard to find the unknown person to take the role of Samantha in the show. When he meets Isabelle, he is convinced she is perfect for the job. He just doesn't now how perfect. She reluctantly accepts the job and things go well until Isabelle learns that the show is made simply to make Jack a star and leave Isabelle out in the cold. The film also stars Michael Caine, David Alan Grier, and Shirley MacLaine. Nicole Kidman is very good in this film. Her character is so charming that we develop the same crush on her that we had on Elizabeth Montgomery in the old television show. However, the laughs in the film are limited. There is one table scene in the film that is very funny, but other then that there isn't much. Will Ferrell overacts in this film and the ending is rushed.
