The latest James Bond movies have been more about explosions and action scenes that seemed to depict Bond as an superhero more then a British spy like the old days. Well the good old days are back. Daniel Craig takes over the role of James Bond in film that shows us just who Bond got his start. This time around Bond is in search of a Banker who makes money in investments and gambling and uses it to fund terroist activies. His search leads him to the ultimate showdown at poker tournament. This film also stars Mads Mikkelson, Judi Dench, Jeffery Wright, and Eva Green. Yes, this film brings us back to the good old days of Bond. Craig is very good as Bond, maybe the best since Sean Connery(The Best Ever!). The downfall of this film is its story which isn't easy to follow. Other then that this is a excellent Bond film. |
