I cherished the first film in this series that I holded out until the perfect time to view...well that and I am just lazy. In the last week I have witnessed 4 of the most nerve-wracking Timberwolve games to ever be played. Game five of the Western Confrence Semifinals was played Friday night between the Wolves and Kings. Instead sitting through another one of those games I decided to view this film instead. This film stars Uma Thurman as Beatrice Kiddo...ajka....The Bride...aka....Mommy...aka...Black Mamba, who is out to finish off 4 assasins who ruined her wedding by killing everyone at the rehersal and of course she wants to reach her ultimate goal by killing the assasin leader Bill. David Carradine, Micheal Madsen, Daryl Hannah, Lucy Lu, Chia Hui Lu, and Vivica Fox also star. As I sat in the theater admiring this film, not a care in the world mattered, including the Wolves game. Director Quentin Taratino wants again shows off his unique style of directing in another masterpiece. I loved this film. It definetely will be one of the years best. Oh by the way....Minnesota won 86-74. Go Wolves!!! |
