The plot of this film is simple. The way it is presented, not quite so much, but entertaining nonetheless. Jamie Foxx stars and Detective Ricardo Tubbs and Colin Farrell stars as Detective James "Sonny" Crockett in this movie release of the 1980's hit drama. In the film, the detectives are on a drug bust quest. The film also stars Li Gong. That's about it. There is your film. Quite a simple plot. However, the problem with the film is that it is very confusing at the beginning and you have to wait a while to sort out everything that is happening. In the end though, it makes sense. There isn't much action in the film as it is mostly detective work. What makes it enteratain is the acting of the main characters and the dark screen the film is presented on. Drug trafficing is a dark topic, why not present it in a dark state of mind. This film will not dazzle you, but is still entertaining. |
