This film is based on the Comedy Central TV show that involves a group of misfit cops that run the Reno police department. In the film, they are invited to a police seminar in Miami. When they get there, all the other invities are being held hostage inside the hotel thanks to a terrorist attack. Its then up to Reno's finest to save the day and keep Miami inline at the same time. This film stars Carlos Alazraqui, Mary Birdsong, Ben Garant, Kerri Kenney, Thomas Lennon, Wendi McLendon-Covey. This film is loaded with funny moments, but it seemed that every funny moment was then followed by a disgusting unfunny moment. There is a scene in a night club in which I still don't understand why it was in the film. It was literally just filled with fart jokes and puke. I just don't get why filmmakers find that stuff funny and until I do, I guess a film like this will not be seeing a recommendation from me. |
