Milla Jovovich stars as Alice, a women who wakes up naked in a bathtub in a mansion and doesn't know why. Soon she is captured by a military unit which takes her to a undeground labratory that is full of zombies and other creatures because of a failed lab experiment. The film also stars the alwasy hot Michelle Rodriguez. The plot above makes very little sense. This movie doesn't either. In fact, If I had never played a "Resident Evil" video game I probably wouldn't have the slightest idea of what's going on. The video game actually opened a door for a good plot in this movie, but no one cared. I was hoping that the opening line would be "Wow! What a mansion!" It was not though. The film took a different approach. With the exception of some cool special effects and some funny one-liners from Rodriguez's character such as, "When I get out off here...I'm gonna get laid!", this film really doesn't amount to much. |
