Mel Gibson stars in the new thriller by director M. Night Shyamalan. Gibson plays Graham Hess, a former minister, who one day finds circles made in his crops. Soon the circle causes the media to go crazy and Hess's lost faith is test as he finds out the truth about the circles. Joaquin Phoenix, Rory Culkin, Abigail Breslin, and Shyamalan himself also star in the film. Shyamalan has a nack for these kind of films. In this particular film he uses the thriller-style of film that Alfred Hitchcock used. He uses music as the main buildup for the scary scenes. The whole film is literally a buildup to a ending that leaves us pondering for answers. |
