	There are many film critics who will say that a sequel is never as good as its predecesor. I am not one of those film critics. I am of the opinion that a sequel can be as good as it's predecesor and this new movie is one of them. X-Men 2 brings back Patrick Stewart, Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Famke Janssen, James Marsden, Anna Paquin, and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos as mutants who work together to find a mutant assain(Brian Cox) before he wipes out the entire mutant species. Alan Cumming and Kelly Hu also star. This film is literally and upgrade from the first film. The first film spent countless time introducing characters and spending less time developing a plot. This film is the opposite. The plot is thicker and the action is fun. X-Men 2 is a special effects filled gem.
