The mutant heroes are back for a 3rd time in this new movie. Hugh Jackman is back as Wolverine, Halle Berry returns as Storm, and Patrick Stewart returns as Professor Charles Xavier. Also returning is former X-Men teammate Jean Grey(Famke Janssen) who's ressurected and now has uncontrollable dangerous cosmic powers of the Dark Phoenix that could destroy the world. To make matters worse, a potential cure has been discovered for genetic mutations and another band of powerful mutants lead by Magneto(Ian Mckellen) will stop at nothing to make sure that it gets destroyed, even if it means using Jean to help. This film also stars Kelsy Grammer, Rebecca Romijn, and Anna Paquin. The plot for the third film may be a little hazy, but it doesn't matter. What makes this film work so well is the acting. The performances in this film are great. I also enjoyed the action sequences. This film is alot of fun. |
