Cal looked at Cass, her face full of horror at her newly dyed hair. "It looks so...wrong..." Her hair was now blonde blonde, and her eyes carried blue contacts.

"Well, they won't know you," Cassidy offered.

"I look so...different." Her bra contained padding and she tugged at the miniskirt. "Holy crap..." She looked at Cass, who was similarly disguised. "I know it was Aidan's idea to have us pose as hookers."

"Well obviously," Cass replied. "I'm not sure if I like the dark hair thing myself... but we do make pretty hot hookers."

Cal laughed, applying a pinkish lipstick. "I just...look so different." She laughed.

"Not much like Cal," Cass agreed.

"You kinda look like me." She laughed.

"Yeah, if you hadn't seen us," Cass agreed. "I bet he planned that too."

"Probably." She sighed. "Some sick fantasy of his."

"I'd imagine he's got many. He strikes me as the type to fantasize about having us both at once."

"Probably. Hell, maybe he'll get it someday."

"It's not totally impossible."

Hannah had been as good as her word and taken off for the States promptly upon landing.

"Maybe if he's good." Cal laughed. She and Aidan had actually gotten fairly exclusive.

"Look out, she's tying herself down," Cass laughed.

"Hey I can't help it."

"It seems I'm the only one that can resist trying to trap him."

"He trusts me more now." Cal said. But she was wrong about that. He used it to keep her quiet.

Cass simply nodded.

"And I'm not trying to trap him, we just...have an agreement."

"That's where it begins," Cass warned.

"What?"

"Attachment."

"I'm not attached."

"Yet."

"I won’t be."

"I hope not for your sake."

"Yeah whatever." Cal sighed just as an explosion rocked the room.

"Shit!" Cass barked, grabbing her pistol from the bathroom sink as the lights went out. "Krit! Get the lights!"

A male figure entered the room, but it wasn't Krit. Cal lay fallen on the ground, her head having hit the corner of the dresser. She was out cold. The male figure slipped a cloth over Cass's mouth, causing her to lose consciousness. He lifted her and carried her easily out.

Something flew into the room, landing on the bed and causing it to erupt into flames.
Krit burst into the room, grabbing a fire extinguisher. He put out the fire, as the flames licked dangerously close to the body of Cal. He looked around for Cass as the fire died.

Aidan walked into the room. "Where's Cass?"

"I don't know."

He looked at Cal, laying on the floor and bleeding badly. He dropped to the ground beside her. "Shit...Cal. Cal, talk to me...please..." He whispered, his eyes showing to Krit emotion the other man didn’t know he possessed.
