| WWI F478625 Infantry 1914 - 1918 Charlie was wounded badly at Vimy Ridge during a gun house explosion. WWII F89165 Charlie lived in the Lashburn area for many years and moved to Nova Scotia in 1937. During the war he was a Royal Canadian Engineer in charge of the power house shore gun batteries defense against submarines on the east coast. |
