Regimental Number: 904650 Rank: Private Joined the 194th Battalion in Edmonton March 13, 1916. Arrived in England on November 21, 1916 aboard the S. S. Olympic. He was sent to the 9th Reserve Battalion at Bramshott and on February 2, 1917 was transferred to the Canadian Machine Gun Corps. He arrived in France on December 5, 1917, where he served until he proceeded to England on May 12, 1919. He was discharged and returned to Canada on June 10, 1919. He was a lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion and died January 19, 1966. |
