Crab Quiche Bake

8 eggs, beaten

2 cups half & half

1 large sweet red pepper, chopped

1 package (8oz) imitation crab meat, chopped

1 cup soft bread crumbs

1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

 

  In a bowl, combine all ingredients.  Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 baking dish.  Bake uncovered at  350º for 30-35 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before cutting..

Yield: 6-8 servings
