Fruit Salad Dressing

3 TBSP all-purpose flour

2 cans (6oz each) pineapple juice

1 can (6oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1/2 to 1 cup sugar

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup lemon juice

Assorted fresh fruits (apples, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, mango, berries, etc)

 

   In a saucepan, combine the flour, pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, sugar, honey, and lemon juice.  Bring to boil; stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly.  Cool. Serve over fruit.  Leftovers can be kept for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Yield: 2 cups
