U 15'sWed. 5th May 2004 Lowton 0, Hindsford Bandits 1
With the league and the cup already won, this was a chance to for the Bandits to try a few different things out, and a number of players played in different positions than usual. This meant it took a while for the pattern of the game to settle down.
Matt Langin forced a good save from the Lowton keeper after 15 minutes and Dale Glover had a couple of good chances, including hitting the crossbar, during the first half.
Lance Heath had to make a couple of good save to prevent Lowton taking the lead but it was Dale Glover who scored for the Bandits just before half-time and this ultimately proved to be the winner.
Half-time  Lowton 0, Hindsford Bandits 1.
More changes for the Bandits in the second half with Matt Langin taking over in goal, and making a couple of useful saves, and Lance Heath doing well on the left side of midfield.
Dave Gunning was doing well in the centre of the defence and James Robey providing a good attacking force with Matt Mcdonald up front.
In the end there were no further goals but for the Bandits it did not really matter.
This game gave a number of players who had spent much of the season occupying the subs bench a chance to play a full game.
These players are just as important as the lads who are regular players and without them the team would not exist, well done to everyone.
