CHANGES
Within the tenth month
(January 2002):
(T dose: 200 mg Testosterone Cypionate biweekly)
- While it would be impossible to tell, I really think I’m seeing more effects on Cypionate.
- My chest, arms, shoulders, and back are developing more and more. I’ve started a regular work out routine. My weight at my check-up was 185 lbs, but it is a much more solid 185 lbs than before. My shirt size is up to 17 34/35. When I started T, I was a 15 34/35. My gut is still around, but it doesn’t seem as obvious now that my shoulders and back have increased in size. I’m now running 4 times a week and lifting weights on just as many days - hoping that will shrink my gut a bit.
- I’m finally starting to see some darker hairs on my cheeks (still no sideburns). I still wouldn’t try to grow a beard at this point. I’m starting to think it may be another year before I can grow a decent patch of hair.
- I’m starting to see hair spread across my chest. It’s mostly fine and light in color, but they’re all now about a half inch long.
- I had two tiny zits on my chest this month. While they could very well be hormonally related, I will not rule out that they are caused by my binder too. They seem to develop in the area where my binder rests. Nonetheless, they are tiny, and not disturbing. I never seem to get them on my back.
- As usual, I got a couple facial zits with each shot cycle.
- I had my 10th month
check up. Everything checked out fine. My liver function test was normal,
my blood tests (counts, sugar, thyroid hormone, etc) were just fine, and
my total cholesterol was 184, which is good. My LDL “bad” cholesterol was
borderline at 131.
