Elimination of air terrorism by technological methods
A technological solution for conflict between Israel and Palestine

   After events of September 11 had accepted the political and militaries solutions only, but exist also the technological solutions. The air terrorism can be eliminated completely by substitution of air transportation by teleportational transportation network.  Besides a lot of planes falls  without terrorism, because of pilots mistakes or technical malfunction. Also planes are shoot down by an mistake by air-defence rockets. Even the most reliable planes falls,  even the best pilots perish...
Besides the plane can fall on city then the number of victims are increased...

      All this problems will be eliminated after construction of teleportational transportation network like underground. The people comes in  teleportation chamber after that disappear in order to reappear in destination chamber. You see, there is impossible to realize an terrorist attacks. Both teleportation chambers can be under supervision of police.

   Besides teleportation able to solve many other modern political problems. For example conflict between Israel and Palestine. It is about the century of battles because of slice of Earth....
But there is an technological solution.  Hole teleportation will solve conflict by granting to the conflicting parties a separate planets as Earth in other galaxies for life. After realization of hole teleportation will be discovered a lot of planets as Earth in universe. It is the best grant for a nation (Before such grants could do the god only). It is planet with new resources, new air and water, therefore I am sure that all Palestinian people will accept this proposition and problem will disappear. On new planet they will be able to create a lot of Palestinian states without the neighbors. The distance of billions of astronomical units between them will cool a military desires.
Also the israelis will be able to realize the national dream on separate planet as Earth. (The area of Israel is very small for development, you will got a new planet as Earth.)

This method also can be applied for elimination of other political problems. For example many Muslim people dreams to create a Muslim World. (it can result to third world war). The problem has a simple solution - to grant a separate planet as Earth for Muslim  people where they will realize their dream. All granted planet and all countries on this planet will have a single religion, culture and language. It will be possible after realization of hole teleportation only. Therefore all Muslim world must support the hole teleportation as it is the best solution. You'll got a new planet similar to Earth with big natural recourses and space for development.

       Also another planets will solve the Chechen conflict in Russia. The war is because of a slice of Earth.

     You see, hole teleportation able to solve practically all modern political problems on the Earth. I assure you that there are real solutions for practical teleportation but are necessary money for investigations. For antiterrorist actions  was already spent a billions of  dollars. A little part from this sum is sufficient for elimination of terrorism and other military conflicts for ever by realization of hole teleportation. Each year of delay in investigation of hole teleportation will bring us the large financial and human losses only. The attacks like September 11 are not possible in the society based on hole teleportation technology because of following events:
1. Air transportation will be substituted by teleportation.
2. All conflicts will be eliminated by granting the new worlds to conflict parties.
3. The teleportation will result in great economic development on Earth.

       For transformation of it in a reality is necessary to create vacuum holes only. Now the world spend money for military actions, but only hole teleportation able to eliminate terrorism and wars completely. Unfortunately money flows to the militarians today, not to the teleportation.
   I call you to create an international fund for investigation of hole teleportation because it is a unique logically possible  method of humans teleportation. Besides the radius of action  in hole teleportation is infinite while in QT radius is limited by transmitter capacity. Hole teleportation is a sole way to stars and new planets!
