 Chapel on the Hill

 Now the doors are open,
to the Chapel on the Hill,
 With Jesus at the alter,
saying come in if you will.

 He's waiting
at the alter with a smile,
 upon his face,
He'll fold his arms around you,
 and smother you with grace.

 Now won't you turn
to Jesus before it's too late,
 cause you're the only one
who can really choose your fate,

 So early in the morning,
 while everything is still,
confess your sins to Jesus ,
in the Chapel on the Hill.

My mother wrote this when I was a little girl,
she passed away a few months after writing it.
I was only 12 at the time, this poem has really helped me,
and I hope it can help other people as well.
