The American Civil Liberties Union As the police state develops, more and more people are turning to ACLU and its sister organizations. The Complete 9/11 Timeline Massive Wiki-style research project, managed by Paul Thompson, on the Center for Cooperative Research website. National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (The 9/11 Commission) From its inauspicious beginnings, the Commission had blossomed by 2004 into a significant public exposé. The Commission's website has many valuable testimonies. "Goodthinking" and topic-omitting as the Commission's Final Report (July 2004, also on the site) may be, it pulls together a mass of relevant and important data. Just A Citizen Website of FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds, who was sacked in 2002 for pointing out pre- and post-9/11 intelligence cover-ups. Edmonds told the 9/11 Commission that US officials "knew", in spring and summer 2001, of "Qaeda" plans to attack US skyscrapers with aircraft. (See my April 2004 diary, under 2 April).
