questioning and pondering the reasons why,
I felt so lonely and longing for
a man to love, someone to adore.
I saw the star, bright light as it flew,
it's brilliant color cast on indigo blue.
I closed my eyes and made this wish...

his smile so warm, his aura so bright.

he took my lips and softly did kiss.
He took my heart and filled it with love,
my wish had come true, he was sent from above.
His arms were so strong, his warmth I could feel.
His true lover's heart was honest and real.
No longer was I lonely or blue,
