Stevie Ray Vaughan

Stevie Ray Vaughan was born October 3, 1954 in Oak Cliff, Texas. He started playing the
guitar at age seven. At the end of his Junior year of high school he dropped out to move to
Austin, Texas and pursue a career in music."Triple Threat" was Stevie's final band that he
formed in 1977. In 1978 the name changed to "Doubel Trouble" The band consisted of
Tommy Shannon, bass player, Chris Liyton, drummer, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, vocal and
guitar player.
