Kai’s bedroom was a scene straight out of a dream, but probably not Tyson’s dream. Red drapes fell from the ceiling, soft silky material in nature, completely covering all light from the outside world. The walls were covered by the same drapes. The only source of light in the whole weird room was a set of candle holders, each with four dark blue candles in them, glowing warmly. The king-sized bed was centered in the middle of the room, crimson sheets and black silk pillows. A large dresser took up the furthest wall and directly at the end of the bed was a com unit. Tyson thought that the com unit was out of place, everything else looked so old and antique, and then right in the middle was a large piece of… Moonain modern technology.

Tyson blinked innocently as Kai locked the door behind them. “Err, why did you lock the door?”

“Guess.” Kai’s voice was a low purr.

“I’d rather not… you’re kind of scary anywhere near a bed… with locked doors and…”

Kai set his bags down and took his jacket off.

Tyson followed the Moonain’s example and put his bags down but moved away to stand close to the door. “Err, where’s my room, I’m tired, maybe I’ll go there and see you… never?” he glanced around nervously.

Kai began taking his shirt off, muscles rippling with the movement. Tyson swallowed and backed up to the corner of the room wondering why the Moonain’s shirt was coming off.

“If you’re getting changed I wouldn’t mind leaving…”

“You will not leave.”

“Uhnn, why?”

Kai finished removing his shirt and came closer, pale hands sliding over Tyson’s hips and one lifting his chin. “Because then there would be no point to what happens next.” He whispered the last as he bent down, face angled toward the pure human’s.

Tyson felt his muscles melting at the small touches, his brain clouding over. “And… and what happens next?” he asked breathily.

Kai brought his lips against the pure human’s, teasing with his tongue at first before suckling on Tyson’s lower lip. Tyson parted his lips almost unconsciously, making a soft sound.

Kai went over to the large dresser and opened the third draw, scrimmaging around until the Moonain found what he was looking for and brought the small tube out.

He climbed back onto the bed, spreading Tyson’s legs without warning. Tyson’s elbows gave out and the human collapsed most ungracefully.

“Bastard.” Tyson muttered, still wiping tears away.

“Why are you crying?”

“I don’t know.”

Kai undid the tube and spread some of the lotion over the pad of one finger, sliding it between Tyson’s warm globes and teasing along the boy’s entering.

Tyson whimpered slightly. “I need to… to cry.”

Tyson reached up and poked the Moonain in the forehead. “What do you MEAN my eyes are a different colour? Your eyes are the weird thing! They’ve got green in them!”

“Tyson, your eyes are golden hued.”

“Yes they are.”

“Are not!”

“Are too.”

“Are not!”

“I will not debate this with you! They are golden hued.”

“Bullshit! What are you up to this time?”

“Me? I have not done anything. This is both our doing.”

“Right, why would I want to change my eyes?”

“I would not even begin to imagine why you would do anything.”

“This is all your fault…” Tyson muttered, lowering his gaze.

“They actually look kind of pretty Tyson…” Kai lifted the human’s chin and kissed him.

Kai smirked softly and beckoned Tyson over. The human had been inspecting the beautiful water fountain of the function room. All around them was a picture of elegance. But more then a few heads turned to the beautiful gem that gilded toward the Moonain ambassador. Even more heads raised eyebrows as this gem emitted the sign that it was taken.

Of course, there were a few reasons why Tyson was being thought of as a gem…

“Kai… I fucking hate you almost more than this kimono.” The gem muttered, glaring up at the ambassador while tripping over his attire.

Kai smirked and drew the boy closer, speaking to their host. “Yes… this is the same one.”

All the president could do was stare as the boy bowed low to him a picture of beauty and elegance in his kimono.

“Thank you for inviting us, it is an honor.”

“Kai-san… please, I would so love an explanation.”

“Tyson is a pure human. My lifemate. And a pain in the ass.”
