Sweet notes: Okay, some serious plot action should be coming up in this chapter. Thank you everyone for the wonderful reviews, you have no idea how much it means to me after a bad day at school, just to know that I can do something to please others. *sighs* thanks to everyone! Especially everyone who’s still reading from when I first put chapter one up. Lol, my cat has a fanclub! Lol, I liked the suggestion of Kai becoming Tyson’s pillow and the one about the sex like rabid bunnies… wait, you guys didn’t suggest that did you… hmm, *ponders that idea*.
Warnings: Yaoi, shounen-ai, Kai x Tyson. A bit of humour. Lemon. A tad psychological… but think about it, if I can read it and comprehend it… how much trouble do you expect? Also AU Sci-fi.
Disclaimer: I don’t own those hot bishies from Beyblades. Despite the awesome powers of yaoi-ness, which I have witnessed and will one day hopefully wield… I am still flawed.

Tyson sat down on a plush sofa chair, brushing a bang from his face and glancing around. The place wasn’t so much as rich as it was big. There were a few floating pictures hanging around, and Tyson had noticed a blue sword one in particular, the sword was a greyish colour with a blue dragon wrapped around it, the dragon was flicking a purple tongue out. Something about the dragon’s expression stuck with him. Lust.
As he sat staring at crimson eyes he felt as if he were staring at that picture. But he had trouble placing why.
"…Err…"
"Hn?"
"Wanna tell me why you wanted to talk to me so badly?"
Someone held tea toward the dark blue haired boy and Tyson shook his head, he couldn’t stand tea. Give him a solid cup of coffee any day. Kai sat facing him, white wings fluttering behind his back as he took a sip of the tea. Tyson caught a whiff of cinnamon.
"It’s a complicated matter. You would have to be very open minded."
Tyson frowned. "I’m as open as they get man."
Kai cleared his throat and seemed to search for a good place to begin. "I am a Moonain. I am part of a race of beings that have watched over the earth and protected it from galactic invasion for the past seven million years. It is not a long time. However, it is time enough to have fought off thirteen different attempts at insectoid domination, eight beastial warfare’s, seventy-two migrations and one attempt at demolishing. However we must now give up the attempt to save the blue planet." Kai took a sip of his tea and watched the pure human’s face for the boy’s reaction.
Tyson blinked very slowly. A moment passed in which he processed the information. Another moment in which he noted that Ray had disappeared. And another in which he thought of a good response. "Wow… that must have kept you guys busy." A soft intelligence shone through his eyes. "But why now? Why do you have to give up now?"
Because of you humans. Your poisons on this planet have seeped to the core. Have you not been watching the news? Have you noticed the alarming amount of earthquakes lately? What about all the travellers who are going to Neptune? The planet will be destroyed within a few months.
Kai seemed angry for some reason as he made his last statement.
"What? That doesn’t make any sense! And why are you telling me? Surely our earth scientists would have found something of this by now?" Tyson frowned, not quite believing what he was hearing.
"Your human scientists are too busy watching the sky and not the ground. Their very science has helped the poisoning. They would not believe us even if we told them. Your species can be stubborn and foolish when it wants to believe a lie."
Tyson’s eyes grew large and he formed a fist. "That’s unfair! We’re no where near as advanced as your species is! We don’t have the same advantages as you guys do! Simply because we’re not as advanced doesn’t mean we’re believing a lie!"
"Your species may be evolutionally younger then mine but that only makes you younger. By your evolutionary tree you should be even more advanced then ours at your current age. Yet you seem to think that telepathic speech from one mind to another is some great thing. What you cannot do you pass off as impossible, ensuring no one can. So if you cannot see or notice your planet being destroyed, then you assume it is not! Your kind poisoned your home planet to a point that it is now going to die a horrible, painful death, and you wont even try to save yourselves because you refuse to realise nor acknowledge what is happening."
"Why don’t you tell the scientists that! Instead of taking it out on everyone you come across. I mean, what’s the deal so we’re not perfect? It can’t be helped." Tyson’s blue eyes brimmed with tears from the intensity with which the Moonain spoke. It was quite overwhelming to see an angel like being condemning your race for past mistakes. "I’m sure your species made their fair share of mistakes!"
Kai growled and came across to where his guest was sitting, standing over the boy with his wings tucked down.
"We would not need to tell the scientists that if they bothered to have a look for themselves! The deal is, we took good care of your kind from the outside, why could you not do it from the inside? If your planet had of been healthier two hundred years ago your civilisation would have flourished and you would have become a galaxy tourist spot. But it is dying now and we have to save what little purity is left among you! Do you know what your future is going to be like?" They leaned closer to one another, voices hissing in their argument. The angel Moonain seemed to posses both indifferent feelings and upset ones… little else. "Not perfect? Not perfect indeed! More like you’re suicidal children who have too much influence over old men. Spoiled brats!"
"My future is of no concern! Who cares about something that hasn’t happened yet! It’s not important to me, or anyone." Tyson growled out standing up to face the man who was older then him. "You make it sound as if you’ve been there for half our history!"
"I have been here long enough to know that your race should not be given guns, technology or any opportunity to express themselves in non soft environments!"
"This from someone who claims his people have fought against multiple bad stuff to protect our planet!"
"The issue is not my race’s ability to control violent nature or weapons! It is yours!"
Tyson growled, raising his fist to his chest. There was something about this guy that just drove him insane.
Crimson eyes burrowed into the very thoughts of blue eyes and Kai leaned forward suddenly, one hand going under Tyson’s chin the other grabbing the boy’s arm. He brought his head so close that a breath separated their lips. Tyson’s eyes became heavy lidded almost instantly and the boy’s knees seemed to grow soft, lips trembling ever so slightly at the proximity.
Crimson eyes dilated three times before Kai suddenly stepped back. Tyson fell to his knees, face bent forward and panting softly. The Moonain looked down on the pure human boy with a small amount of distaste a mix of strange lust, and something else… something dark.
"Wh… what do you keep doing to me?" Came a soft question, sounding near the brink of tears.
Kai’s eyes turned to ice. "I invited you here to give you an invitation. The others wish to save all the pure human children. In my role as ambassador for the past six years I have been travelling around the globe. Do not say no to my offer."
Tyson wiped his eyes, finally getting a measure of control back as Kai spoke. "You didn’t answer my question."
"No. I did not." Came the soft reply.
"… Why do I feel like I’m missing more information now then I did when Ray first showed up?" Tyson shook his head, not expecting any reply anyway. Turning his back to the Moonain he stood again sniffing slightly.
What power do I possess over you that makes you quiver at my slightest touch?
"Why do you touch me to begin with?" Tyson asked aloud, still not facing the alien.
Surprise flashed over Kai’s face. That kind of question having never occurred to him. It was true. He rarely touched anyone or anything and yet here he was, in the heat of the moment he seemed to want to lay his hands anywhere and everywhere all over the boy.
"Stay here for the night." The Moonain stated turning to leave the room.
"No."
Kai turned. "Why not?"
"Because I have to get home… my mother would kill me if she found out I left in the first place."
"Hn. Very well. I will have you dropped home."
Tyson nodded stiffly turning around in time to see white wings disappear around the corner.
"Asshole."
~ ~ ~
Blue eyes poked into the room, the boy jumping quickly through the open window before clicking a button, putting the shield back up. Turning off the hologram at the computer and going over to his closest. Quickly changing into his white clothing and pulling his hat and hair out. Glancing at his hair Tyson realised how knotty it had gotten from his adventure with the flesh eater. Wincing slightly he started brushing it while he talked to Dragoon.
"Welcome back Miracle."
"Good to be back Dragoon."
"Order has been already sent for new hover board. Previous specifications used."
"Good work Dragoon."
"Mother has checked on room twice while Miracle has been gone."
"Any messages?"
"Searching…"
"One message received, username: Angel."
"Open message."
"Opening message. Text only."
Tyson paused long enough to kick the mouse button before he continued brushing as he read. Adjusting his sleeve.
~ Miracle,
Its Angel.
I hope you’re not upset that I set that meeting up. Kai’s a really nice guy, once you get past his cold exterior and Ray’s cool too. Just don’t piss Kai off. I’m going to Neptune on the next flight. I might see you there. Or when you arrive on Neptune. Don’t stay on Earth. There’s so much of the universe to explore.
I have to go.
Angel ~
Tyson twitched. "Reply to message."
"Opening message reply. Loaded. Voice mail or text mail?"
"Text and voice. To Angel."
"Sender?"
"Miracle."
"Message?"
"Don’t worry Angel. I’m not angry with you. I’ll kill you next time I see you. But I won’t be angry. Try pissed off; try out for blood, enraged, because angry would be putting it mildly… very mildly. I don’t want to go with that jerk to Neptune. He’s an asshole and Ray worships him. I wish he’d leave me alone but I have a funny feeling he will indeed expect me to come with him. I don’t know what to expect. I feel betrayed by you and out of my league with him. Why did you have to get me involved."
The computer voice read out the message while the text appeared on screen. Tyson nodded. "Confirmed. Send reply."
"Reply sent."
"Delete original message."
The computer made several beeping sounds and Tyson glanced at a status window, which popped up.
"Miracle, dinner will be in twenty minutes. For dinner you are having meatloaf and corn with apple juice. Your parents want you to wear dinning clothing. You have guests staying over."
"Oh joy, another chance for my parents to show me off."
The computer beeped neutrally. "Very well. How is the file transfer going?"
"File transfer is an hour away from completion."
"Excellent."
Tyson spun around from his chair and stood finishing with his hair and grabbing a golden clasp, tying his hair back a few moments later he stood naked infront of his wardrobe and pulled out a red Japanese dinning robe. Slipping the robe on and tying it up over a pair of fresh underwear he flipped his dark blue hair from under the collar. The effect was very oriental. He took a few steps, fell over, got back up and headed toward the bathroom to wash his hands. He hated the dinning robe.
Another thud and Tyson picked himself off the ground again.
He really hated the dinning robe.
~ ~ ~
Tyson came down the stairs very slowly. He wasn’t trying for a dramatic entrance, though that’s what it made, but he was trying to stay upright and not fall flat on his face. It was embarrassing as all hell and it hurt a bit falling down the stairs. His father and mother were talking to their guests and as Tyson finally made it down he breathed out and bowed low, hair sweeping against his knees, not having taken a look at the unimportant visitors.
"My apologies for being late, Okaasan, Otousan."
"Tyson, how wonderful of you to join us. We have a very special guest tonight, so we will not be eating what was scheduled in. I hope this does not upset you?" Tyson’s father made it clear that if it did upset him he would shut up and endure it. Tyson rolled his eyes, still bowed down.
"No Otousan, that doesn’- does not disturb me."
I would never have thought it possible for you to clean up your speech so much… I can actually understand you.
Tyson’s eyes grew to the size of dinner plates and he looked up, shock and horror written all over his face as he stared at his dinner guest.
"YOU!!!!!"
~ To be continued…
Sweet notes: Hhehee… reviews anyone? I’m heading for forty before chapter six goes up. Some new words for the glossary. ^^ love!
. Glossary.
Upper level: The upper level of the world, pretty much a whole bunch of really tall buildings (think 80-200 storeys) with air ways, a place where most of the pure humans live.
Lower level: the real earth, beaches, and parks junk yards. Few pure humans live down here. It is overrun with non-humans.
Pure: otherwise called, ‘pure humans’ these are people with no genetic implants, no biological altering, no technology inside them at all. They are dwindling in numbers.
Genetics: people who were grown in test tubes basically, they vary in design and powers usually better at things then normal humans. Some people are altered after birth to become genetics; they usually live short lives.
Virtual holographs: Pretty much walking ghosts, they have no real substance and are only brainwaves coming from computers.
Cyborg: Most humans are either cyborg or genetic, cyborg being made of various metals, some cyborg never were human to start with, others are altered to a point they no longer are. They are pretty much robots. (Think the Borg… if you watch StarTrek)
Flesh collectors: cyborg made machines. Most cyborg get into fights and have their flesh ripped up, as they are incapable of regrowing this skin, they require new skin. This is what the Flesh collectors do. They find skin. Dead or alive is not important.
Moonain: A mysterious race of humanoid aliens. Said to be an ambassador of these people on earth. They resemble the Human Angel, and it is speculated that they have come to earth many times. They neither confirm nor deny this accusation. They have giant angel wings and are never directly seen unless the Human government has trades with them. They live on the far side of Neptune and refuse to allow a colony of more then four hundred humans to share their side of Neptune. They are incredibly mysterious. Most humans only ever see them once or twice on TV or in books. They seem to enjoy human media and allow any and all kind of writings or movies with their kind in them. They do not appear to have any children in their race, and refuse to explain why. Despite their similar structure to humans they are said to be very different mentally.
Hover board: A floating skateboard.
Insectiod domination: Several planets in different universes are controlled by large insectiod aliens which are extremely aggressive, Earth was once a prime spot for domination due to its large amount of food (humans) luckily the Moonain have easily fought off all attacks on Earth and the surrounding solar system.
Beastial warfare: Animal like aliens who seek to conquer other planets by using the animals already on it. There is a protective shield around Earth due to an incident in 1986, which almost escalated beyond control.
