| A Little About Me... |
| My name is Shauntelle and I am currently 19 years of age and residing in Sydney, Australia. I work as a legal secretary for a Sydney based law firm and Enjoy It! (I realise this is strange) I spent a majority of my youth in Motueka, South Island, after my family moved from Te Kuiti, North Island, shortly after my birth. My father is George (Quando) Wana my mother Anne (Mene) Wana. The main part of my "extended" family reside in or close to Te Kuiti. I am one of four children, the oldest being Charles Quentin Hauraki followed by George Arvin Te Rahui and then Luke. Luke now has four gorgeuos kiddies of his own. Kelton Robert Wana (Koko) Kingston George Wana (Khin Khin) Jahai David Wana (Jaimon) Chantae Louise Jones (Bubba Gurl) (Hopefully you'll be able to see pictures of them if i can get this stupid machine to work) I attended a few schools a few for only short periods, some i went to are: NEW ZEALAND Brooklyn Primary Bennydale Primary Kinohaku School Motueka South Primary Motueka High School AUSTRALIA Quakers Hill High School Wyndham Collegiate College Now if you havent yet realised (for those of you that dont know me very well) I come from AOTEAROA, (The land of the long white cloud) better known as New Zealand. I am Maori, (and Damn proud of it!) however I cannot say that I know to much about my own culture. After spending so much time away from New Zealand I have found that you lose alot of what you knew, and have it replaced by what you now have. What I have though is a mother and father who care, a brother who helps and four "tamafreakies" to wake me up when their Father brings them over so I can atleast say Im happy. I have a trip to Europe coming next October so if anyone has been there etc, give us a bell and fill me in on the good places to go. Going to: England Ireland Netherlands France |
