"I'm the one they call, when things go wrong." Cobra is Lilo and Nani's social worker, and he's really on the job as he inspects how Nani controls her little sister. Cobra seems tough and hard to impress... but he's really very caring. It takes Lilo's big heart and charming ways to change his mind about their family. He used to work for the CIA, and "saved the planet once", so he's not surprised at all when he finds out about Stitch, Jumba, and Pleakley.
African-American, very tall and big, rather intimidating, and rarely seen without his sunglasses and briefcase. |
