| Also known as the 'evil genius' Dr. Jookiba, Jumba is Experiment 626's creator, and the geneticist is sent after Stitch when he crash lands on E-Arth. The large alien has a thick, Russian-like accent... and a bad temper. Jumba doesn't understand rules; and doesn't go by them. He's sent to Earth with Pleakley to keep him in line. Jumba seems extremely determined to get rid of him some way or another. He's stubborn and likes to do things his own way... Yet, deep down, Jumba's a big softie and becomes part of Lilo's 'ohana as her adopted uncle.
