| Pleakley, the 'Earth expert', is sent to Earth with Jumba to keep him in line and make sure he doesn't... do any public damage. Pleakley is high-strung, rather nerdy, nervous, and always goes by the book. He can get extremely flustered when things don't go as planned, and he's a little naive. Jumba makes him worry an awful lot... The green alien believe that mosquitos are an endangered species, and he finds them fascinating. That ends when he has his first encounter with them. Pleakley also becomes part of Lilo's family.
