EXTERIOR:
     POWERWASH siding, fences and decks.   Dirt and mildew are huge turn offs.
     MOW yard, trim and keep it free of trash and debris.  Rake leaves in the fall.
     SWEEP off porches, decks, walks and driveways.
     WINDEX windows and glass doors.

INTERIOR:
     SCRUB walls.  PAINT a neutral color if necessary.
     VACUUM and STEAM CLEAN carpets.  Replace if necessary.
     Use your vacuum's attachments to clean around baseboards, air vents and hanging cobwebs. 
     DUST furniture.
     PICK UP clutter and ORGANIZE.
     The day of showing:
          Puts pets in cages or take them bye-bye with you.
          Secure all jewelry, valuables, money, firearms.
          Light candles and give each room a blast of air freshener.
          Close toilet seats
          Leave your home during the showing.  Go shopping, to a movie, out to eat.                 Your home will be in good hands.
