1 lb. Ground Beef 1/3 cup uncooked Rice OR Oats 1/2 cup chopped Onion 1/4 cup Water 1 tea. Salt dash Pepper 1 can condensed Tomato Soup 1/2 tea. Chili Powder 1/2 cup Water
Combine ground beef, rice OR oats, onion, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper. Shape in 15 one inch balls. Blend tomato soup and chili powder. Stir in 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer gently for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
