Baldness
What a topic!!
I  noticed a couple of months ago that I had a small circular spot on the top of my head (hair growing in the middle & none around it) about the size of a quarter.

Bad enough but then I discovered an entirely bald spot on the back of my head. It  was a scary moment. I'm thinking that I'm  going to go completely bald!!!!!   It sent me running for my reference books as this was a subject that I knew very little about.
Here are some of my findings that I am happy to say seem to be working.
Rosemary Hair Oil
This is the greatest thing since shampoo & very easy to make. Here's how.

In a small crockpot pour 1/2 pint of olive oil.

Add about 10 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 1/4 cup dried.
Cook on the lowest setting. for several hours.Do not boil. Strain out the herb & cool & bottle the oil. Apply to the affected area at night (or your whole head. It's a super hair conditioner.) Shampoo in the morning '

You can also add sage to this. 1/4 cup fresh or 1 teaspoon dried.
Sage Tea
Add 1 cup of fresh sage leaves ( or 1/2 cup dries to about 2 cups boiling water. Let steep until cool. Strain & discard herbs. Use as a hair rinse
Make a tea by adding 1/4 cup fesh sage or 1 teaspoon dried to 2 cups of boiling water. Let stand until cool. Strain out the herb & apply the resulting tea to the affected area several times daily.
Sage has excellent hair growth properties.
Coconut Oil- apply liberally to the hair & scalp.
Essential Suppliments

Super B Complex

Biotin- Though B Complex has biotin in it it is usually not at 100% RDA
I urge you to purchase it by itself to ensure that you will get enough.
Avalon Natural Products carry a biotin shampoo & conditioner. 70% organic

I don't know if any of these will work for Male Pattern Baldness but it certainly can't hurt if any of you men would like to try.
