Ginkgo Biloba
The leaves of the ginkgo tree have been used by Chinese herbalists for more than 5 thousand years. Americans have planted the long lived tree for shade & ornamental purposes. However we are just now beginning to understand its health  benefits.
Some of these benefits are very exciting as ginkgo is one of the most well-researched herbs. In  European coutries it is commonly prescribed by doctors.

Ginkgo seems to exert a positive influence on the vasular system. This is what delivers blood & oxegen to your various organs. it has shown signs of improving memory & reliving symptoms of senilty, making it useful in Alzheimers patients.

It is useful in patients who have problems related to poor circulation, such as phlebitis( inflammation of the veins) which makes sense since it helps the body's blood flow.

Some patients have shown dramatic improvement with tinnitus (ringing in the ears) due to the increased blood flow to the inner ear.

Some studues have even shown that it may slow down the aging process, which we ALL want to do.

               How to Use
Take 2 capsules up to 3 times daily
1 to 2 droppersful of extract up to 3 times daily.
No known side effects have been reported.
How to Grow
As mentioned, ginkgo is a tree. The leaves are where the medicinal value lies.
If you are fortunate enough to already have a ginkgo tree, then all you need to do is gather the leaves. If not, then you CAN plant one but it will be at least 5 years before you can harvest from it. They are very easy to grow, though. You can purchase small trees from a nursery & plant in full sun. They are not fussy about soil.  I would suggest that while you are waiting for the tree to mature to purchase ginkgo leaves in bulk from a reputable dealer such as
