Migraine headaches are a fairly common disorder affecting about 10% of the population. For those afflicted with migraines they can occur anywhere from once a week to several times a year. These headaches are devastating to the sufferer, They are often accompanied with blurred vision,nausea, vomiting & numbness of the limbs that can last up to 18 hours. NOT FUN!!! |
The number one herb for migraines is Feverfew. It has been shown to be highly effective in preventing migraines. You must, however, use it as a preventative. By that I mean you take it regularly whether you have a headache or not.
