Migraine Headaches
Migraine headaches are a fairly common disorder affecting about 10% of the population. For those afflicted with migraines they can occur anywhere from
once a week to several times a year. 

These headaches are devastating to the sufferer, They are often accompanied with blurred vision,nausea, vomiting & numbness of the limbs that can last up to 18 hours. NOT FUN!!!
The number one herb for migraines is Feverfew. It has been shown to be highly effective in preventing migraines. You must, however, use it as a preventative. By that I mean you take it regularly whether you have a headache or not.
