| My Herb Garden |
| If you would like to start an herb garden but don't know where to begin, this page(s) is for you. When we moved it was in early May & I was eager to get started. I layed out 4 beds roughly equal in size, measuring them out with twine. |
| This is my beginning herb garden. I left a space in the center for a small statue which you can see (vaguely). I planted some basics, thyme, rosemary, sage, basil parsley, things easily purchased as I wanted to get something growing. |
| Next I went to a neighbors creek (along with my long-suffering husband) & we gathered flat rocks to use for a path . Then a visit to a local Lowes store to purchase picket fencing which I stained a semi-transparent gray/green |

| By July it was starting to take shape Chamomile & sorrel are shown growing in the foreground. By this time I knew it was too small & made plans to add on. |
| We added on by moving the fence, purchasing more & adding 4 more beds By the next summer it looked like this. |
