Great Sea
1. Talk to Salvage Corp (the four treasure-hunters on a boat who wear diving helmets). (Eastern Triangle Island)

Windfall Island
1. After freeing the girls from the Forsaken Fortress, give 20 Skull Necklaces to Maggie's father on the second floor of the auction house. (Rock Spire Isle)
2. Win at Salvatore's Battleship-like minigame twice. (Star Island)
3. Win at Salvatore's minigame with a score better than (or equal to) 19. (Diamond Steppe Island)
4. Buy a Treasure Chart at the auction house. (Windfall Island)
5. Buy a Treasure Chart at the auction house. (Three-Eye Reef)
6. Use the ferris wheel to get to the door on the second story of Lenzo's shop. Open the treasure chest on the left. (Mother & Child Isles)
7. After getting the Deluxe Picto Box, enter the second floor door of Lenzo's shop by using the ferris wheel. Once inside, crawl into the hole, and at the end of the path, you'll fall into the main entrance. Take a pictograph of Lenzo and Minenco and show it to the two women next to Zunari's shop. (Northern Fairy Island)
8. Take a pictograph of the full moon with the Deluxe Picto Box and show it to Kamo. He sits outside the auction house during the day and gazes at the moon by the ferris wheel at night. (Forest Haven)
9. With the Deluxe Picto Box, take a pictograph of Minenco (the woman outside the Chu Jelly Juice Shop) and show it to her. (Five-Star Isles)

Dragon Roost Island
Dragon Roost Cavern
1. Once you have the grappling hook, go to the entrance of the dungeon. Enter the main room and turn left. Turn right at the beginning of the next room, swing across the gap, and as you let go, perform a jump attack to break through the boards. (1st floor) (Crescent Moon Island)
2. In the room where you have to defeat all the Bokoblins (some of which are hiding in vases), light the torches to make a treasure chest appear. (2nd floor) (Dragon Roost Island)

Forest Haven
1. To reach the Great Deku Tree you have to use the grappling hook twice. The second time you use it, climb onto the point you grappled to and make the wind blow south. Use the Deku Leaf to glide to an island in the distance. (Eastern Fairy Island)

Forbidden Woods
1. Use the Deku Leaf in combination with the Baba Buds to reach the treasure chest at the top of the room after the entrance. You'll need the boomerang to clear off the vines covering the treasure chest. (Private Oasis)
2. Go to the north-most room on the bottom floor of this dungeon and throw a bomb into the tree stump (from above) to clear out the vines covering the treasure chest inside. (Basement 1) (Angular Isles)

Tower of the Gods
1. Shoot the eye switch on the wall in the room where you get the compass. (1st floor) (Six-Eye Reef)
2. In the room with the scale, blow up the wall on the left. Play the Wind's Requiem in the next room while standing on the blue icon on the floor and open the treasure chest that appears. (2nd floor) (Pawprint Island)

Headstone Island
1. Look for a submarine northeast of the island. Defeat all the enemies inside. (Tower of the Gods)

Earth Temple
1. Defeat all the Floormasters in the room where you get the small key. (Basement 1) (Bomb Island)
2. In the room that you have to light up by lining up mirrors, stand on a platform on the left side of the room and shine light on the wall to reveal a secret door. Defeat all the Stalfoses in the next room to make a treasure chest appear. (Basement 2) (Five-Eye Reef)

Ice Ring Isle
1. Unfreeze the treasure chest on the island's outer ring with a fire arrow. (Bird's Peak Rock)

Gale Isle
Wind Temple
1. Break through all five weak tiles in the room where you get a small key to make a treasure chest appear. (Basement 1) (Islet of Steel)
2. Defeat all the enemies in the round room on the path to Molegra. Pull the statues off the walls by wearing Iron Boots and using the hookshot on them to reveal some enemies. (Basement 1) (Thorned Fairy Island)

Private Oasis
1. Use the Deku Leaf or hookshot to reach the hill overlooking the waterfall. (Star Belt Archapelago)

Northern Fairy Island
1. Defeat all the enemies in a submarine northwest of the island. (Spectacle Island)

Crescent Moon Island
1. Go inside the submarine north of the island and defeat all the enemies. (Horseshoe Island)
2. Open the treasure chest on the island. (Tingle Island)

Seven-Star Isles
1. Use the bomb cannon to destroy all the wall-mounted cannons and ships in the six reefs. Once you've done this, head for the platforms south of Seven-Star Isles and defeat all the Wizzrobes to make a three treasure chests appear. The third one will contain a Treasure Chart. (Shark Island)

Four-Eye Reef
1. After finishing the Forsaken Fortress a second time, destroy all the wall-mounted cannons and ships. (Flight Control Platform)

Spectacle Island
1. Beat Salvatore's ship shooting minigame twice. (Ice Ring Isle)

Rock Spire Isle
1. Buy a Treasure Chart from Beedle's ship for 900 Rupees. (Southern Fairy Island)
2. Blow up the boulders at the top of the island to reach a grotto. Fall inside and defeat all the Keese.

Three-Eye Reef
1. Once Valoo has roasted the tower Ganon was hiding in in the Forsaken Fortress, defeat all the cannons and ships in this reef. (Boating Course)

Cyclops Reef
1. Take out every wall-mounted cannon and ship after finishing the Forsaken Fortress twice. (Cyclops Reef)

Six-Eye Reef
1. After completing the Forsaken Fortress twice, defeat every wall-mounted cannon and ship in this reef. (Northern Triangle Isle)

Five-Eye Reef
1. Use the bomb cannon to destroy all the cannons and ships in this area after finishing the Forsaken Fortress a second time. (Four-Eye Reef)

Southern Fairy Island
1. Destroy all the cannons on the platforms southeast of the island and use the Deku Leaf to fly to the treasure chest that appears. (Headstone Island)

Cliff Plateau Isles
1. Climb to the top of this island and drop inside the grotto. Once inside, get to the other end and burn down the boards blocking the exit with a burning Boko Stick or a fire arrow. (Forsaken Fortress)

Horseshoe Island
1. Use the Deku Leaf (in combination with throwing) to knock all three nuts into the three holes. (Needle Rock Isle)
2. Drop inside the grotto and defeat all the enemies. (Western Fairy Island)

Two-Eye Reef
1. Take out all the wall-mounted cannons and a treasure chest will appear. (Overlook Island)

Special Charts
1. Tingle's Chart - Tingle will give you this chart as a reward for getting him out of jail.
2. IN-credible Chart - This will appear in a mailbox shortly after you get the Master Sword.
3. Beedle's Chart - This will appear in a mailbox after you gain the ability to carry bombs.

Overlook Island
1. Secret Chart - Use the grappling hook do dig this chart up from the bottom of the sea near Overlook Island.

Four-Eye Reef
1. Great Fairy Chart - Grab the treasure chest that the Treasure Chart points to near Four-Eye Reef.

Flight Control Platform
1. Island Hearts Chart - Once you have the Treasure Chart that shows the location of the sunken treasure chest near the Flight Control Platform, grab it to find the Island Hearts Chart.
2. Platform Chart - Defeat all the enemies in the submarine near the Flight Control Platform for this special chart.

Northern Triangle Isle
1. Octo Chart - Once you know where the treasure chest near Northern Triangle Isle is located, go there to pick up the Octo Chart.

Cyclops Reef
1. Light Ring Chart - Head to the Cyclops Reef and use a Treasure Chart to see the location of the treasure chest containing this chart.

Diamond Steppe Island
1. Ghost Ship Chart - Use the hookshot to scale this island and drop inside the grotto at the top. Navigate your way through the pot maze to pick up this chart.

Boating Course
1. Sea Hearts Chart - Head to the Boating Course once you have the corresponding Treasure Chart to locate the Sea Hearts Chart.
2. Submarine Chart - Fly to the northern island and defeat all the enemies inside the grotto.
