Outset Island
1. Once you have the Power Bracelets and the Mirror Shield, go to the bridge and make the wind blow west. Climb up onto one of the posts and float around the right side of the island. Make it to the boulder on the cliff across from Link's house and drop down into the grotto. Fight through 50 floors of enemies.
2. Pick up the big black pig next to one of the houses and carry it across the nearest bridge. Drop some All-Purpose Bait on one of the dark patches of dirt and the pig will unearth a Heart Container Piece.
3. Hit Ocra 500 times before he hits you three times (after you return to Outset Island).

Forsaken Fortress
1. In the barrels to the right of the jail cell is a switch. Step on it to make a treasure chest appear. (1st floor)

Windfall Island
1. Win at the Squid Hunter minigame.
2. Once you've found the Picto Box, talk to Mrs. Marie, the teacher. She'll ask you to help her wih the Killer Bees. Talk to them and play their hide-and-seek game. You can find all of their hiding places here.
3. Buy a Heart Container Piece at the auction house.
4. Use the Deluxe Picto Box to take a picture of Linda, the girl in the orange dress standing outside Salvatore's store. Show it to Anton, the guy who walks around Windfall Island all day. The next day Linda and Anton will be inside the café. Talk to them.
5. "Trade" the Goron on Greatfish Isle a Shop Guru Statue. You will need 200 Rupees to do so.
6. After freeing the girls from the Forsaken Fortress, talk to Maggie on the second floor of the auction house. Mail the letter she gives you, then go back to the auction house to witness an argument between Maggie's father and Quill. Now go to the café and talk to Quill. Take the letter he gives you to Maggie.
7. Start the Ferris wheel by going up the stairs across from the bar and running around the side of the building the Ferris wheel rests atop. Climb up the ladder and step make the wind blow north, then step on the switch to start the wheel turning. At night, get on the Ferris wheel by going through the door at the top of the stairs in Salvatore's shop (where the Squid Hunter mini-game is). Shoot a fire arrow into the middle of the lighthouse and it will light up. A treasure chest will appear on an island just south of the bomb shop.
8. Talk to the man in the yellow hat next to the Ferris wheel once you've used a fire arrow to light it up.
9. Decorate Windfall Island using items from Link's trading sequence. Find the locations of all 37 spots to decorate here.

Great Sea
1. Water all the withered trees using water from the Forest Haven. Find out how to do it here.

Dragon Roost Island
1. Score 25 points at the mail-sorting game and the postmaster will hire a new assistant. Talk to him and score 25 points again.
2. Give 20 Golden Feathers to the Rito outside the Chieftain's room. A Heart Container Piece will be mailed to you.

Forest Haven
1. After you find the Forbidden Woods a Heart Container Piece will be sent to you in the mail.
2. Use a Treasure Chart found in the Tower of the Gods to locate an underwater treasure chest.

Greatfish Isle
1. Climb to the top of the piece of land that has a path spiraling around it. Make the wind blow northwest and soar to the cavern in the distance.

Headstone Island
1. Summon a seagull and touch the Heart Container Piece at the top of the island.

Diamond Steppe Island
1. Use the Treasture Chart you win from the squid-blasting minigame on Windfall Island to locate a sunken treasrue chest.

Needle Rock Isle
1. As a seagull, fly to the top of the island and hit the crystal switch. This will lower the flames around the treasure chest.

Stone Watcher Island
1. Locate Old Man Ho Ho and he'll point out a platform out in the distance. Sail to it and blow up all the cannons.

Tingle Island
1. North of Tingle Island is a Big Octo. Find it (look for a flock of seagulls) and defeat it.

Star Island
1. Blow up one of the boulders to find a secret grotto. Drop inside and defeat all the enemies.

Cresent Moon Island
1. Use the Treasure Chart found in Dragon Roost Cavern to raise a sunken treasure chest.

Seven-Star Isles
1. Locate the Big Octo and defeat it.

Spectacle Island
1. Win the minigame.

Pawprint Isle
1. Climb inside the dome and locate a treasure chest inside.
2. Use a Treasure Chart from the Tower of the Gods in combination with the grappling hook to locate a sunken treasure chest.

Flight Control Platform
1. Once you have double magic, fly past the goal.

Rock Spire Isle
1. Buy a Heart Container Piece from Beedle (950 Rupees).
2. Locate two enemy boats and defeat them. One of them will drop a Heart Container Piece.
3. After you've finished the Forsaken Fortress twice, give Maggie's father (second floor of the auction house) 20 Skull Necklaces and you'll get a Treasure Chart. Use it to locate a sunken Heart Container Piece.

Three-Eye Reef
1. One of the Treasure Charts at the auction house on Windfall Island will point to a Heart Container Piece.

Six-Eye Reef
1. Look southwest of the reef to find a submarine. Go inside and defeat all the enemies.

Thorned Fairy Island
1. One of the Treasure Chests in the Wind Palace will help you find a sunken treasure chest.

Bomb Island
1. Blow up the boulder at the top of the island and go inside the grotto. Attack a Magtail until it curls up into a ball and set it on the switch. The iron bars blocking the door will be lifted. Go to the next room and cross the path on the left. Step on the switch, then go to the central platform and throw the curled-up Magtails into the holes on each side of the platform. Once both switches are down, you'll have access to a treasure chest.
2. A Treasure Chart from the Earth Temple shows the location of a sunken treasure chest.

Southern Fairy Island
1. Buy the Treasure Chart from Beedle (at Rock Spire Isle, for 900 Rupees) and use it to locate an underwater Heart Container Piece.

Angular Isles
1. Climb to the top of one of the islands.
2. A Treasure Chart from the Forbidden Woods will show you a good place to use the grappling hook.

Five-Star Isles
1. Take a picture of Minenco, the woman outside the Chu Jellu Juice Shop, and show it to her. She'll give you a Treasure Chart that shows the location of a Heart Container Piece near Five-Star Isles.
2. Defeat all the enemies inside the submarine near this island.
