When you first walk inside the Gerudo Training Ground, turn left and go through the door. Before you get there, a message will pop up on the screen that says "If you can overcome the trials in the chambers ahead, then and only then will you be qualified to hold our secret treasure!". When you go into the next room, another message will pop up on the screen. It says "Defeat all the enemies in a limited time!". Defeat the two Stalfos' in under a minute and the bars blocking the door will be lifted. A treasure chestf will fall. Get the key inside of it, and go through the door. A message will come up when you enter the next room that says "Gather the jewels of white, while avoiding traps and danger!". First, turn left twice, and get the silver Rupee. Go straight back, and get the silver Rupee there. Watch out for rolling boulders. From there, turn left at the second hall. Turn right and jump for the silver Rupee. Use the longshot to reach the ledge you were just on, and go down the other hallway. Get the silver Rupee at the far end. Turn left, but don't walk into the wall of flame. Use the longshot to reach the final silver Rupee on the ceiling. Go through the door. A message that says "Without the necessary items, one will be confounded by the impossible mysteries.". For your own safety, defeat all the enemies. Walk toward the huge block and the words "One with silver hands shall move a giant block!" will appear. Push the block as far as you can. Then use the Lens of Truth to see an opening above the door that you can break with the hammer, and use the longshot to reach it. Step on the switch, and go through the door behind the block. After you defeat the Like-Likes, a few treasure chests will appear. The one second from the wall (third from the door) has a key inside. Get it, and go through the door in the invisible ledge. Walk to the other end of the ledge, and play the Scarecrow's Song. If Pierre pops up, jump down to the lower level. The words "Blind the eyes of the statue!" appear. Your objective now is to hit every single statue in the middle of the eye with an arrow. You'll know if you hit it, because the eye will turn red. Once you've hit all of them, the bars blocking the door will be lifted, the ground will stop spinning, and a treasure chest with a key inside will fall to the floor. Get the key, and use Pierre to get back onto the ledge, and into the next room. Get the key in the next room, and go back out. Jump down and go through the door. The message "Find a secret passage in this room!" will appear. Defeat all the enemies and the bars blocking the door will be lifted. Use the hammer on the single statue on the far side of the room to reveal a switch. Step on the switch, and get the key from the treasure chest. Go through the door. The message "Cross the sea of fire!" appears. Jump down to the platform with a silver Rupee on it. Jump to the next available platform and play the Song of Time. Climb up the blocks to find a key. Go down and jump to the next platform with a silver Rupee. Jump backwards to the platform with a switch on it. Jump on it and get the silver Rupee from the platform where there used to be a fire. To get back, hit the target above the door with the longshot, and get the last silver Rupee. Jump to the ledge across from where you are, and go to the next room. The words "Collect the three underwater gems!" appear on the screen. Play the Song of Time in front of the blocks. Put on the Iron Boots and Blue Tunic, and get the silver Rupees underwater. When you get them all, a treasure chest with a key inside will appear. Get the key. If you want to finish now, you can, because you only need seven keys to complete this area of the game. If you want to get all the keys, then continue on. Go to the previous room, up the stairs, and into the next room. The message "Defeat all the enemies in a limited amount of time!" appears. Defeat the Dinalfos' and the Beamos and a treasure chest with a key inside appears. Get the key and go through the door. You are now in the main room. Go through the middle door. The words "If you desire to acquire our hidden treasure, you must strive to obtain the keys hidden in each chmaber!" will appear. To get the last key, go through the left door and use the Lens of Truth to see a hole in the ceiling. Climb the fence to reach it. Open the treasure chest and get the key. Regardless how many keys you got, the left door is ultimately the one you have to go through. After all your troubles, you'll be rewarded with the Ice Arrow.
