NAME: "Nanna"
Why?: "Nanna" is a name that means "one who perseveres". A name should reflect the parent, and Hagrid has certainly persevered through the loss of Norbert, the would-be execution of Buckbeak, and the endless tiring adventure with Harry and his friends. "Nanna" is also a loving nickname for a grandmother or nurse, something a dragon, dangerous creature, or really anyone, should have the qualities of to survive.
