Cornish Pixies

Definition of Cornish Pixies: "tricky little blighters!" as quoted by Gilderoy Lockhart.

Description: Cornish Pixies are colored electric blue and about 8 inches high, with pointed faces and shrill voices.

Disasters caused by Cornish Pixies: Once in Gilderoy Lockhart's class "Defence Against the Dark Arts" he brought in a cage of Cornish Pixies and set them loose in class.  The class was supposed to round them up and get them back in the cage.  But instead, the pixies seized kids by the earsand lifted them into the air, shot out the window shattering glass, sprayed the class with ink bottles, shredded books and papers, tore pictures from the walls, up-ended the garbage can,and through things out of the window.  Never the less, Hermione, Ron, and Harry had to round up the pixies themselves at the end of class, bare-handed.

Magic word that is supposed to round them up: "Peskipiksi Pesternomi!"

What bothers them the most: Screaming!

Flower Fairies

Flower Fairies are simple, lovely, shy fairies that make there living in the flowers.  Their clothes, homes, and furniture are made from the flowers they live by.  They are hard to see because of their floral camouflage.
