Prof. Flitwick

Professor Flitwick is the Charms teacher at Hogwarts.  He is a square-jawed jolly little wizard who has to stand on a stack of books to see over his desk.  He shows students how to properly use their wands to use charms and counter-charms.  He has a high squeeky voice and is very excited to have Harry in his class.
