Prof. Trelawney

Prof. Trewlawney is the Divination teacher at Hogwarts.  She wears lots of bangles and necklaces and has big foggy eyes.  Her classroom is in the very top of a tower, and is often hard to find.  She usually doesn't make "real" predictions.
