(I'll be the first to admit, this doesn't really taste much like chicken but, remember, the question should be, "Does it taste good?" and this does.)

1 can Worthington Vegetarian burger
   OR
1 can Loma Linda Vegeburger
1 C. celery, diced
1 small onion, diced
4 oz. thin noodles
2 tsp. sage
1 can mushroom soup
1 C. milk
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 C. grated Jack cheese

Sauté celery and onion until limp.  Add burger and brown.

Grease a 2 qt. casserole.

In a large bowl, combine cooked noodles with rest of ingredients, except cheeses.  Layer mixture and cheeses in casserole, saving about ˝ C. cheese to sprinkle over the top.  Bake at 350 F. for 45 min., covered; remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.

Note: If casserole has been assembled in advance and refrigerated, increase covered baking time to 1 hour + 15 minutes uncovered..

My family prefers Worthington burger.  It's a little more moist and has, to us, a better flavor, but the Loma Linda Vegeburger (or any other vegetarian burger) will do in a pinch.
