| Did you hear Him knocking, just the other day When you were busy doing things your way Did you stop to think to let Him in He'll wash away your worries and your sin Hasn't He washed away your many tears Hasn't He been with you all these years Even when you ignored Him when He was there He heard your every word and every prayer Many haven't called on Him at any time I'm so glad He's someone I can call mine He was there in my darkest hours He gave me sunlight and spring showers Even when I don't think I need Him there He's always with me being He truly does care So when you're feeling lonely and simply down Answer His knocking; He'll take away the frown |
