Products
What are your sale items?
For the most part, our sale items are those items which Teachers' Bags, Books and Beyond have in stock and will not have to order from Carson-Dellosa. We are then able to pass the savings on to our customers.
Shopping
Do you have a minimum order?
No. Our lowest priced item is the $.99 math window. A customer may order just one and we would be glad to ship it. However, the cost of shipping and handling may make it more economical to have a larger order.
Do you provide a "hard copy" of my receipt?
Yes, in each of the orders which we ship, we send a packing slip/receipt.
Are items ever back-ordered?
Yes. We are supplied directly from Carson-Dellosa and sometimes, though rarely, items are out of stock. Back orders are usually filled within 30 days. We will notify you by email of such back orders and they will appear on your packing slip when the order arrives.
Placing Orders
May I phone in my order?
Yes. If you are not comfortable using your credit card online, we will take your order over the phone.
Is my credit card information secure with you?
Absolutely. All on-site transactions are securely encrypted. Further, we do not keep your credit card information on file. It is passed on to the bank, and we never see it again.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged when you place your order.
Order Filling
How quickly do you fill my order?
Usually between 12-24 hours after placing your order, the warehouse at Carson-Dellosa is processing your order. Depending on their volume and the time of the year, you order takes from 7-10 days before it arrives at your location.
Shipping
What shipping options are available to me?
We offer standard shipping. If you need your order in less than 2-3 days, please contact us and we will be happy to make the needed arrangements. We would then email you with the amount of additional shipping and handling fees.
How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Our shipping charges are pre determined in your invoice at check out.
Packaging--Since our items range in various sizes, it is necessary many times to send even small orders in several different packages. This increases our packing cost.
Shipping charges shown are for continental US orders. If you are a resident of Hawaii or Alaska, your order total will be confirmed via email.
