I am not a poet,
for I never wished to be
but perhaps within these pages
a part of me, you'll see
littlebird
Your glowing smile, enchanting beauty,
and youth i can still see
which makes me wonder to myself
what do you see ~ in me ~?
Age was never created by my Father
as a curse; no, but instead
as a fine vintage wine. The older
we become, the sweeter the bouquet,
the longer our rich essence lingers, and
the more priceless we become.
Beauty, wisdom, virtue, and others
far too numerous to mention
are the ~ nuggets of gold ~ that create
who we've become.
Too many times, we see ourselves as
growing old or outgrowing our usefullness.
But how can one of my Father's
most precious designs be all of
what ~ we think we see ~
Come, let's take a deep and closer look
at just how ~ littlebird ~ sees you.
God Bless
littlebird
Love one another, as my Father
loves each one of us.
